und das obwohl man diese Mods doch ganz freundlich über den Vorfall informiert

nix 

hab nen Tauschtransfer gemacht, doch meiner ist in der Nacht durch den dynamischen Marktwert um 5 mille gestiegen, und dmait lag ich außerhalb der 20% Toleranz, allerdings habe ich vor dem Transfer nicht nochmal reing geschaut und nun hab ich die TMs an den Hacken

ich habe denen sogar extra nich ne ausführliche Schilderung gegeben

Das ist echt ne Geschichte, über die man ganz schnell fallen kann.

Aber ich gehe davon aus, dass es in solchen Fällen einen Freispruch gibt.

ich würd sagen klarer fall von selber schuld, du gehst doch auch nicht über die strasse ohne zu gucken, weil gestern auch gerad kein auto vorbei gefahren ist
