Trainingslager = +11.73-19.65/Saison (zusätzlich zum normalen Training).
Also bei einem 13Jährigen mindestens + 44 und maximal + 76 (wenn 12 offene Skills).
300 (als Grundwert) + 44 = 344 (im schlimmsten Trainingslagerfall)
zu 320.
Oder 376 zu 320
= +24 bis +56

+380 kann man schon rechnen wenn man zusätzlich all die Jahre in Luxus- TL geht.
Ob es sich lohnt, hängt vom eigentlichen Profi + Jugendkader ab.
Das Ding ist, dass keiner mehr super Preise für die Spieler zahlt.
Das MAX ist wohl selbst bei solchen Kickern nur noch die Ausnahme.
Im Endeffekt müsse man pro Saison einen Mehrpreis pro Spieler von 3,15 Millionen erzielen.
Bei Mansfield habe ich ja auch relativ normalen Spielern recht viel Gewinn raus geholt, weil der Markt dafür da ist.
Mittlerweile ist es schwieriger und die Qualität ist nochmals eine Stufe gestiegen.

Klar musste erstmal jeden Spieler aufbauen. Aber ab einem gewissen Level wird es schwer alle jugendspieler selber aufzubauen :rofl:

Wie siehts bei euren Jugendspielern aus?
Ich kann wieder 1-2 brauchbare Spieler hochziehen.
Schön wäre die Aufhebung der Jugendspielerobergrenze für kleine Vereine.
Die fehlenden Silberschuhe seh ich mittlerweile auch sehr kritisch, weil sich gute Trainingsarbeit damit weniger lohnt oder Spieler mit 18 spätestens 19 Jahren schon austrainiert sein können, wenn Sie bis dahin nicht aufgewertet wurden.
Warum ist die Ingamespielersuche eigentlich erst ab 17 Jahren möglich?
Moin Buhmann.Danke für deine Antwort Irli. Vielleicht seh ich das Thema zu sehr aus Vereinssicht. Ich will ja Spieler selber ausbilden und wenn möglich nicht auf Masse sondern Klasse setzen. Da interessiert mich der Markt nur sekundär. Und ein größerer Markt schadet doch auch nicht. Z.B. ist ein großer Markt gut für neue KSM-User. Durch neue KSM-User würde der TM und die Flut an Spielern ebenfalls zunehmen.
Eine Aufhebung wäre sicher nicht gut. Es gibt jetzt schon eine viel zu große Flut an Spieler in gewissen Sektoren (540-580 bei den 17j). Und je mehr Spieler, desto mehr sind am Ende aufgewertet, was die andere Änderung (keine Silberlinge) quasi wieder aufheben würde.
Keine Silberlinge soll ja einen langfristigen Sinn haben. Damit es noch weniger zu schnell austrainierte (Gold-)Spieler gibt. Klar sind 18 und 19jährige austrainierte nervig. Aber dann muss man in Zukunft drüber nachdenken, ob sich TLs noch lohnen...Warum sollen Goldspieler noch nicht zu früh austrainiert sein?
Eine Suche ab 17 ist deshalb nur möglich, da Manager die Option haben ihre Jugendkader zu verstecken. Logisch, dass sie da auch nicht gefunden werden wollen. Schlupfloch bieten natürlich die Jugendnationalmannschaften. Ist aufwendiger, aber da findet man auch die versteckten Perlen. :bia:Mir geht es eher darum Spieler besser vergleichen und den Wert bei nur 16 Jugendkaderplätzen besser einschätzen zu können.
